D oug Jones founded Urban Forward to ‘brand’ his style of development. His residential projects focus on urban reuse development, style, and affordability. His concept is simple: “Together with my partners, I want to create outstanding spaces at affordable prices. The concept is to build great, but smaller condos in emerging areas where property costs are lower yet ripe for terrific appreciation.”
When Doug Jones approached us in 2005 he had a concept, but his company needed a name, a look and a marketing plan. We assembled a team of talented brand experts, designers, and web developers (namely:
Free Range Consultancy, Miles Design and Sartori Web Development) and managed the entire process. The result was Urban Forward: City. Life. Style.
Logos were also designed for several projects: Penn Square and Peach Tree at Fall Creek Place, ‘16' at College Avenue and 16th Street, and Arch Haven Apartments in Bloomington.
The parent brand and property identities have been incorporated into a web site, mailers, e-mail marketing, signage, takeaway pieces, and an Urban Forward newsletter.
