To gain a better understanding of the company, we started with market research: interviewing their clients and attending sales meetings. This step proved critical. It revealed areas for improvement — both from a marketing and operational standpoint.

During the past twelve months, we have developed an integrated suite of marketing materials, including: a new tagline, stationery, web site, proposal templates and a capabilities brochure.
