n 2000, Tim Browning and Kurt Ellinger identified a need that businesses and organizations of all sizes have—a need for an expert to lead them through the often-complex printing process. They established Print Resources to fill that need.

After three years in business, Print Resources had evolved into a $1.8M a year company. It was time to take a strategic look at marketing.

We interviewed their clients and discovered that Print Resources' success was due, in large   part,   to   friendly  service,   a   creative
approach and their ability to turn projects quickly, time after time.

With this in mind, we redesigned the web site with a bright color palette, quirky copy, and a prominent staff section. Animated advertising and e-mail marketing followed, along with fun mailers and educational seminars.

Since 2003, the company has grown — to 10 employees and $2.6 million in annual revenue. It now includes a promotional products division, and a second location in Jacksonville, Florida.
